You forgot to mention that any plot MaO does he will only give the choicest parts of the plot to his personal favorites… To the extent that he punishes other PCs who dare to try to horn in. (Funny how PCs only started having their minds wiped after a player tried to get involved, and was taken out of commission this way. *rolls her eyes*)

But I agree… World shattering plots should only be done sparingly, with the whole DM team being involved in it, and no PCs/Players who want to be involved shut out.
