Dee, thanks for the feedback. We have two who think I didn't overreact, and one who did. However, since the two are relatives and have to agree with me, I'll give your opinion some more weight and call it a tie.

Thanks again for your comments.

Halloween is my favorite holiday and my best memories are trick or treating, but all my trick or treating were in neghborhoods not apartment complexes. I dont think you should be so hard on your apartment neighbors, most renters dont have kids and just arent thinking about tric or treaters. If you want your kids to experience the great times you must have had as a kid , get a house or throw a halloween party for them, otherwise don't excpect your renter neighbors to do the job for you.

I agree Mike, buncha cheap ass bastards! There is so much shit now with Halloween. First off there's the older (15 y.o. and up) kids running around trick or treating, the drunk adults driving around and making it dangerous for kids. We gave Ellen a Halloween party and I let her run amok in the Dojo with the other child, Ben, who showed up on Monday night. It was safer and we had more fun. However, since I was gone and Dad was at the Gym, Mom did not feel safe handing out candy with all the jerks out there, and they were out in force. How sad. Then of course you figure, no problem there should be some kind of school or community activity which would be safe for the kiddies. Nope, the damned religious fanatics are the ginches that stole halloween. The schools bowed to the pressure and don't do anything, although now some are doing Fall-o-ween instead. Woosies! There are no religious connotations unless the parents put 'em there! It's just a fun night to play dress up and get a sugar high. This is why the Puritans failed in England, they squeezed the fun out of life. I hate 'em. I think they are stupid, arrogant, egotistical shitheads. (Beep, beep; rant mode off).
Love ya,

These tight-assed bastards are pretty stingy, as well as being piss poor neighbors in general... Though they're really free about sharing all their dog's shit with us. Sad. I can't wait to move.
