Persistence
Ash sent me a quote about persistence by Calvin Coolidge. I like it. I’ve seen it before and I can’t help thinking it’s probably true. I’ve seen a lot of people who succeeded because they didn’t give up. Their quote when asked about the secret of their success? “Never give up on your dream.” Persistence is the key to success.
PRESS ON. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing in the world is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
